How Klefen handles information

What is collected

When you voluntarily submit the Talk to Dave form, Klefen collects your name, business, email address, office location and enquiry message. You can also provide a phone number and coffee order.

Hosting and security services may process ordinary technical information required to deliver and protect the website.

How it is used

• Read and respond to the enquiry.
• Assess whether Klefen may be able to help.
• Arrange a conversation.
• Maintain reasonable business records.
• Operate and protect the website.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

Klefen does not sell submitted personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated mass marketing.

Service providers

Klefen uses service providers to operate the website, including:

• Resend for email delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection. Turnstile processes browser signals needed for its security function and does not access form entries or other page inputs.
• Website hosting and database infrastructure.

Storage and retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, security and applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and tracking

The private admin area uses authentication and session functionality. Turnstile performs security checks on the enquiry form. There are currently no advertising trackers or behavioural advertising features. No cookie banner is used on this site.
